economic down turns are what hits a society the hardest . This sort of down turn can happen when the national export is not meeting the needs of said societies spending. With out these moneys coming in the governing body have to find funds to support there government and people . One of the first ways a Government will fund its self and its people is by to cutting back on spending .This means that government funded programs will not get the adequate moneys to operate this will invalidly lead the the laying off of said programs employees . This will have a trickle affect now that the employees no longer have gainful employment there local business that they use to patron will no longer have that income to rely on hens leading to that business having to close letting go if its staff . this repeats till the economy picks back up ...

Over population is pretty much self explanatory there are to many people varies jobs that are available. This affect on a society can have far reaching ones . A society with to many people then it can support can consume resources at a faster rate then was anticipated and take up land that would have been used to farm on or raise cattle . sense there are no jobs for this over population crime be comes more of a factor and more government funds will be sent to combat this new problem that could have been spent on its people .
