The best way is to sandblast it, then wet it , and allow it to rust for a couple of days, and then brush on 2 coats of a combined rust converter/sealer. Use the type that contains ferric tannate, not phosphoric acid. It will turn it black and glossy, and lasts for years. I once did an old wrought iron gate this way, and it worked beautifully.
Spray more clear coat over the decals.
Most of the time there is no reason to seal an aluminum table. However, if you are perhaps using the table outdoors and wish to provide extra protection, you can apply a coat of clear coat sealer with a roller.
You could try sanding the clear coat off where it is pealing then re-coat with new seal coat, I am not sure just how well that would work. Of course the best thing would be to take it to a paint shop and have it professionally repainted. I can tell you from experience that if you do nothing the paint under the seal coat will deteriorate to primer and it will rust through that.
Yes, a purebred Italian Greyhound can have a seal and white coat.
Coat of arms
The Japanese Coat of Arms is The Imperial Seal of Japan. The symbol is a Chrysanthemum Seal or Chrysanthemum Flower Seal and is used by members of the Japanese Imperial Family.
You certainly can. It absorbs very evenly into the wood. However, you will have to seal it, as the gouache could reactive or fade. I would suggest a spray clear coat.
No, a seal is a device used for making an impression in wax or other soft material to authenticate documents, while a coat of arms is a unique heraldic design on a shield or escutcheon or on a surcoat or tabard used to cover and protect armor and to identify the wearer.
A light coat of vasoline on the seal will prevent this.
