If you have a nut allergy then you should not eat nuts or nut products. Islam does not forbid the eating of nuts. However it does forbid eating something that is harmful to your health, which makes a great deal of sense. Obviously if you have a nut allergy then this is the case.
Peanuts are the most common nut allergy along with tree nuts which include almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, Brazil nuts, etc. It is important to check labels closely if you have an allergy to these as they can find their way into unexpected foods.
