The movie ''Groundhog Day'' was called in Canada ''Le jour de la marmotte'' so I imagine that's how they call it in French. FYI: Since Groundhog Day is a North American tradition, in France the movie ''Groundhog Day'' was called ''Un jour sans fin'' (A day with no end)
