Why do you go to the library?

My purpose in going to the library is so you can read books and check out other media--magazines, videos, CD's, newspapers--without having to buy them! Just borrow! My local library also has free internet. Don't forget extensive reference materials--encyclopedias, unabridged dictionaries, etc. Also libraries can have cultural events happening--puppet shows, storytelling, plays--art on display, and professionals who can help you locate information. My library also has summer reading programs which encourage kids to keep reading during the summer

and cuz its free (unless the cards cost im not sure on that) but you can use books there and you can use it for info so ya theres alotta reasons 2 go to the library

Although you might already have the book that you want, you might lose it in the next second, then you'd go to the library to find another copy of the book you lost.
