There is no Foreign Affairs minister for the US the way other countries have ministers. The Secretary of State fulfills that function. As of 2011, Hillary Clinton is the Secretary of State of the US.

Constitutional republics tend to use the Secretary of title instead of the Minister title. As an update on the US, currently John Kerry is the Secretary of State for the US.
There have been many US Foreign Ministers. Some of these include John Kerry, Hillary Clinton, Condoleeza Rice, Colin Powell, and Madeline Albright.

In the US, the secretary of state is the equivalent of what many nations call the foreign minister. As of August 2016, John Kerry is the US secretary of state. Kerry was once a US senator and ran for US president in 2004 as a Democrat.
