Salem Airport was also affiliated with Army Airforce as was Portland nominally. Also (sorry forgot)

Fort Stevens in Warrenton - big guns for the mouth of the columbia, and the only US base to be attacked during ww II

Coos Head in Charleston, OR also had a submarine detection station all the way into the 80's
