As far as we historians know, Henry VIII's favourite colour was red, as this was his hair colour. Red is a sexy colour and it was the colour of many of his wives hair. However purple was a very royal colour worn only by royalty in those days. My daughter is doing a project on him but appears to think his favourite colour is green, because that's her favourite colour. This might not be right its just the logical answer.
