King George taxed the colonists, for a while, on any sort of important paper, called the Stamp Act. Anything you would put a seal on would be taxed. Then he put a tax on things like glass, tea, paint, and an even higher price on tea (Townshend acts) Then, he made tea ridiculously cheap so the colonists would buy it and prove to him that they didn't mind being taxed without representation, and so some of the great thinkers realized this and they lead a rebellion (aka the Boston Tea Party). The taxes were supposed to pay for the French and Indian War, and for protection against others.

Well they were the colonists' slaves, so they were most likely cruel to Africans, although there was probably the occasional kind colonist
One of the biggest advantages for the Colonists was, as they say in sports, the 'home court advantage'. They knew the countryside, the people, the weather, ect. King George had more money, bigger ships, better weapons but they could not be assembled at a moment's notice. Months were spent just crossing the 'pond'. Colonist's had a psycological advantage also. Their cause was freedom. They wanted to govern themselves, and any taxes raised would build a new country, not go into the King's coffers. Taxation without representation would not be tolerated any longer.
It did not allow the colonists to settle where they wished to settle, more specifically beyond the Appalachian Mountains.
the colonist used the basic principles of the may flower compact in which was a direct form of government when they went to america for the king. the fact the colonist still used this form as a way to run country kind of pissed off the king a little ha.
I know that Rounders was a game that was played in England before colonists came to America so I think this might be your answer. Rounders is kind of like baseball.
