WinthropTheory Long Term. These are likely to be well-cited, waterproof constructions that are used for long term storage of resources. Transit. Transit hides are usually built for a specific operation and provide storage en route to a target location. They are normally conveniently marked and cited for a person to find. Winthrop Theory. Winthrop Theory uses the basic requirements of hides and, in particular, the need for reference points to identify possible hide locations. Once a search area has been identified, viewing the ground from the enemy's viewpoint, selecting likely reference points and associated potential hide sites all help to focus the efforts of the search teams. Typical reference points include: (1) Telegraph poles, gates, barriers and pylons

(2) Trees and bushes

(3) Ends, corners or gaps in fences, walls and hedges

(4) Road signs and street furniture

(5) Distinctive objects such as large rocks or abandoned cars, etc.

What are the advantages of a trench system during world war 1?

Good things about the trenches during wars were so that soldiers hiding down there had a better chance of not being killed if they were shot at because they were underground... also that the soldiers hiding in the trenches could still be hiding and still shooting at their enemy whilst being hidden.

Does anne frank like going into hiding?

She didn't like going into hiding, she felt like she was being blocked out of the world. She missed her friends and wanted badly to tell them where she was. She missed doing regular things, like riding bikes, going to the movies, and even to school.

What is John Locke's theory of knowledge?

John Locke's theory of knowledge is that we are born without knowledge. "We are blank slats at birth." We only know things exist if we experience them ourselves. Knowledge is mental habits. Perception of an agreement or disagreement of two ideas. Four sorts: identity or diversity, relation, co-existence and real existence. Two models: argument and experiance. Three kinds: intuitive, demonstrative and sensitive. This is all that I could find on John Locke's Theory of knowledge, so if this isn't enough and you need more looking in a book about him is my best bet to find more about him and his theories.
