Soie de parfum tells the buyer that this particular fragrance has anywhere from 15 - 18% perfume oil in alcohol. It's a longest lasting perfume than Eau Fraiche, Eau de Cologne, Eau de toilete or Eau de parfum... Higher levels of perfume would be Parfum, then Extract or Extrait, beyond this would be Perfume Oil which is 15 -30% perfume in oil rather than in alcohol as the rest would be! ;)
"Vaporisateur" is French for "spray bottle." The perfume is the same in either case.
Go to a department store like Macy's. There are three classical strengths for fragrance. Eau de toilette is the lightest, then eau de cologne and finally parfum.(Men's aftershave is eau de toilette strength.) Perfume has a higher concentration of fragrance so it costs enough more you gotta go to an expensive store to get it.
