You should be in the pay grade of E-5 thru E-7 (enlisted) and officer any grade. E-7 and above are Senior Non-Commissioned Officers not E-6s in the Army.
It depends on from what animal the meat came from and the cut of the meat.
Ground Beef. Just to let you know, Taco Bell meat is grade E. Another example of grade E meat is dog food. The meat they use isn't good quality and would never be sold in stores. I just wanted to warn you.
