To the best of my knowledge ,the company was bought out and the factory was closed. The brand is still in existence and Stuart Lucas,the ex MD and son of the previous MD Lawrence Lucas,lives in Prestbury. My Father Roy Swailes was the Works Manager for more than 40 years and I still wear his 40 year watch with great pride.
