It is your parents home; they provide you with food; clothing; an education and they love you enough to get you to do chores so you will learn to be independent to the fullest when you are old enough to be out on your own. Be thankful they do ask you to do chores because healthy families all pitch in to help. When you are old enough to have your own place to live then you can do as you like, but remember ... because your parents gave you those chores to do you will have learned enough to keep your home tidy and neat and be a responsible and mature young adult.
