So the push factor of South Korea would be maybe because you couldn't adapt to the region, maybe there was a war, unstable economy, better job opportunity, weather/climate, high tax, illegal acts, no resource, government VISA, family issues, certain disease alert, human crisis, etc.

Pull factor is the moving in thing. So the pull factors of South Korea would be job opportunity, relative, education(college, overseas study), health(better surgery), economy, housing, hobby(after retiring), culture, environment, abundance of resource.
