Original photographs of the Holocaust itself are extremely rare as Photography without permission was strictly forbidden. Similarly, photos of Nazi atrocities taken at the time are also very rare. A few SS men and other soldiers did, however, break the rules. What is more common is photos taken of the aftermath by Allied soldiers, for example, of emaciated survivors.
As for the value, I think you ought to ask a major auction house.
Your first difficulty would be to prove their authenticity. There are very few photos of the Holocaust. (Or do you simply mean World War 2?).
There are very few photos taken during the holocaust itself. The holocaust was top secret and photography was forbidden. A few SS men did, however, take photos, but not all of these are generally available.
America's Black Holocaust Museum is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It is the only memorial dedicated specifically to the victims of slavery in the United States. It was founded by James Cameron, America's last living survivor of a lynching.

As with all such items, the best thing is to ask several dealers. Can you be certain that it is an original photo, not a copy? Show it to someone who knows about photography, preferably an older person who knows old photos.
There are probably photos on the internet.

The Holocaust was the Nazi regime's shameful 'secret', and photography was forbidden in the camps and ghettos. However, some SS men did take a few photos, and there were a few carefully chosen 'official' photos of what the Nazis called 'Resettlement in Eastern Europe'. In the Lodz Ghetto, the head of the Jewish Council had a kind of photographic record kept, but this was most unusual. Many of the negatives have survived.

There were many survivors of the Holocaust. Holocaust Survivors dot org site offers many stories and photos from actual survivors one can read. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum have an abundance of information on their website as well.
You can get back lost photos by contacting people who may have a copy or a negative of the original. This will allow the photo to be reproduced much like the original.
