The only differences between Pantheon of ancient Rome and Haghia Sofia of Constantinople are those of the architectural design, the material used to build marble and a variety of contractual materials respectively, dimensions and the distance of time 125 AD/ CE and 532 AD/ CE respectively. The major difference is that in the Pantheon were honoured all known deities of the ancient world and in Haghia Sofia it was honoured God's Wisdom of the Christian religion.
One thing they had in common was that they were both Temples but of different religions although Haghia Sofia replaced an earlier temple of goddess Artemis.
Currently both monuments may be visited in their place in Rome and Constantinople - Istanbul as they have been converted to museums.
