Such is the gist of the 12th amendment.
There is NO amendment that says you CANNOT testify against yourself. There is an amendment that says that you cannot be FORCED to testify against yourself. A BIG difference! The 5th Amendment to the US Constitution protects you against self incrimination unless you WILLINGLY waive that right.
There is no amendment that states woman can't vote.

It says that any government, that means federal, state, or local, cannot deny someone the right to vote based on their race/color.
There's no amendment that actually says *that*, but the 26th amendment gave 18 years olds the right to vote.
The 8th Amendment of the US Constitution guarantees that there will be no cruel or unusual punishment. This amendment was intended for those faced with criminal accusations and convictions.
