The Korean War is not really going on. The problem is that the U.S. and Japan seem to be allies with South Korea since the Korean War time. China is an allie with North Korea and this caused a problem. Mostly as you know the U.S. economy is based on Chinese goods, while Chinese economy is based on how much the U.S. spend on their goods.
