Yes, facesitting is legal. There's no law on a federal, or state level that I know of which would make this activity illegal. Even if it's being provided as a paid service, there is still nothing illegal about it. Facesitting is a form of fetish and there are quite a few professional dominatrixes who provide it in BDSM settings. Only a genuine act of sex such as Vaginal/anal penetration, or Cunnilingus/Felatio can be defined as sex, which would make paying for such services illegal. But Facesitting? Let any agent of the law tell me that I'm under arrest for having a pro Domme sit on my face and I guarantee my lawyer will rip the entire police department a new a**hole! By the way, don't be fooled by a pro dominatrix who says she will not provide facesitting in her session with you, because of it being illegal. You can righfully tell her that she's full of crap. Do not allow any pro Domme to take your money without providing the services you're paying for. That's just screwed up for someone to take your 200.00 or 300.00 dollar tribute, only to do with you as they please. It's your money, so you should recieve the services which you specifically request. If you want her to tie you up and sit on your face, then that's the service she should provide. If she's not interested in facesitting that's a different story. You can always go to another Dominatrix who would gladly do it for you.
