As far as I know calling someone the N word is neither illegal or slander. It's an insult intended to denigrate the person.
It depends on the laws of the country that you are in at the time. In the UK for example calling someone a name using the "N" word constitutes racial abuse and can be treated under the law as such
means someone who has died
Someone like a KING
In English, someone who is not Jewish is referred to as a Gentile. In Hebrew, someone who is not Jewish is referred to as a goy. Contrary to what some people believe, the word goy, which literally means 'nation', is not an insult.
i congratulate you
Hubris.
Slander
To libel, to slander. To besmirch. To sully.
Slander / Defame / Slur
slander or defamation
It's called slander.
Slander is a spoken false statement that damages a person's reputation. It involves making malicious or false statements about someone with the intention of harming their reputation.
no
its is not illegal to say no in pensylvainia.
The word slander isn't in the first amendment but the definition is a malicious, false, and defamatory statement.
The first amendment prevents the government from making it illegal to use any word. However, it is also illegal to slander an individual. If you commit slander with malice aforethought, that person can sue you in a court of law. Schools and businesses can have their own rules so that work can get done during their hours of operation.--------------Added: While use of the "N" word is not be illegal, in an of itself, it can be considered to be included in a category of speech known as "fighting words," and it's usage in certain situations might cause an assaultive reaction which, although unlawful, might be unpleasant for you.
Well, the definition of slander is this- communication of false statements injurious to a persons reputation. So this means someone saying bad, mean, hurtful things about a person that isn't true, be it via word of mouth, posted on the internet, or written somewhere.
because it is impolite to call someone by this name it is as if calling someone the n-word or calling a white person cracker, etc.
