It is still only worth one cent but cannot be used to purchase anything as the 1cent and 2cent coins are no longer legal tender
A 28 cent stamp that is unused can always be used as 28 cents worth of postage. If it is used, it probably has a minimal purchase price of fifteen cents from a dealer.

If you can't see the date 2004 on the front of the coin it must be in very bad condition but it's still worth five cents. The date 1803 is just part of the peace medal design on the reverse for that year.
A billion dollars considering that such a coin doesn't and can't exist. US nickels were first minted in 1866, prior to that the 5 cent piece was a tiny silver coin called the half dime. You probably have a Louisiana Purchase commemorative nickel. If you turn it over, you'll find the minting date - 2004- is on the front of the coin.
All pennies are worth a cent.
Indian Head cents were minted from 1859 to 1909. If your coin is about the size of a half-dollar (around 30 mm in diameter) it is called a Large Cent or Liberty Head cent, not an Indian Head cent. If it's anything else please post a new question with more details.
