This doesn't completely answer your question, but here is some info on the topic anyway: 1931 Philadelphia A's, the Indians of the early 1950's and the 1970 Baltimore Orioles had three 20-game winners. The 1971 Orioles, featuring Mike Cuellar, Jim Palmer, Pat Dobson, and Dave McNally, are the only team with 4 starters to win 20 or more"

In the same season? It's never happened. If you're asking about pitchers who have had 20-win and 20-save seasons in their careers (but in different years), there have been a couple: John Smoltz, Derek Lowe, Dennis Eckersley, Ellis Kinder, come immediately to mind.

How many regular season NFL games?

There are 16 regular season games in an NFL season. After the regular season is over, the to two teams have a first round "bye". Meaning they don't have to play that week while the other 8 teams do. Those 10 playoff teams are comprised of the 8 division winners, as well as two wildcard teams- one team from both the NFC and AFC with the best record, but who didn't make the playoffs. After the first round of playoffs, there's the Divisional Championships, then the Conference Championships and last but not least the Super Bowl. So, there are 16 regular season games and 5 weeks (4 rounds) of playoffs.
