Secret Service Agents testified before the Commission that having the bubble-top removed was a major violation of protocol, and no one seems to know where the order originated from, except that it was definitely not from Pres. Kennedy. Also, the route itself was a major violation, and was only selected a few minutes before they got there. Again, no one knows who ordered the route change, and how did Oswald know that A) the route would go right in front of the School Book Depository, since that was not the route that was originally published, and B), how did he know the top would be down?

Inquiring minds want to know.....
