Here is the response I got when asking why the Lays and Ruffles Light products are no longer on any shelf anywhere near me:
Thank you for taking the time to write to us. I'm sorry that Lay's Light Original and Ruffles Light Original are not available in your area any longer and cannot be ordered directly. However, I'm advising our sales and marketing teams of your interest in this product.
When you take into account the tremendous variety of consumer preferences, not every product does equally well and may not be available everywhere.
Thanks again for sharing your comments with us.
Best regards,

No, they burned buffalo chips as firewood and used those fires for cooking. Buffalo chips burn long and hot, and are light and easy to carry around. The only downside is they smell horrible!
Back then they didn't know much about computer technology and didn't have the right technology of which we have today. The circuits were built up on cards using discrete components, transistors, resitors and capacitors. As technology progressed all these components were incorporated into single silicon chips. As technology progressed even further, more and more components can be squeezed onto the silicon chips. As physical limits were met, as to how dense the components could be shrunk down, solutions have been found. Like using lasers instead of normal light, for the photographic mask method of large scale integration.
It was a requirement of the government that people and businesses blackout their windows and to use few lights so the Nazi Luftwaffe could not see places in London and elsewhere very clearly. That did work but then Hitler had the V2 rockets developed. They did not need light to land anywhere in the UK. The rockets did the largest amount of damage and terrorizing. After the Battle of Britain ended the Luftwaffe pilots discontinued their night bombing raids but the black out rule remained in place.
light (as in not heavy)qing (ching)light (as in brightness)guang (gwang)
The light was on in my room.
Discontinued, due to lack of demand.
The green tinge is caused by excessive exposure to light.
they only burn when you light them on fire !
First, 'thangs' is not a word. You might have meant 'things'. Second, the long phrase "in the light of things, it is easy to see that" is extremely wordy and is not a very good way to write it. "In the light of things" can be simply written as "Therefore". "it is easy to see that" can be written as "we can conclude that" or "I can surmise that". Example: Most people like potato chips. Therefore, we can conclude that potato chips will be popular at a party.
The green color on potato chips is due to the presence of a natural compound called solanine, which forms when potatoes are exposed to light. While small amounts of solanine are not harmful, consuming high levels can cause symptoms like nausea and headaches. It's best to avoid eating potato chips with a greenish tint.
The green is chlorophyll, the chemical that helps a plant convert sunlight into energy. It occurs on the potatoes that are too close to the surface of the ground and exposed to the sun. It won't hurt you.It won't hurt you refers to potato chips. As for raw potatoes, green color is a bad thing. Research it. Better grocery stores cover their potato stock overnight for protection from lighting, not from drying out. Well, maybe that too.
The darkness potato would fight with the light potato to the death and just before the darkness potato dies it would reveal that it was the light potato's father and then jump to its death. The light potato would also kiss its sister and be the disciple of the short green potato and be good friends with handsome potato and hairy potato. They all save the potato galaxy together.
The green stuff on potato chips is most likely caused by chlorophyll, which is a pigment found in plants. It can develop on potatoes when they are exposed to light for too long during storage or when they start to sprout. While it is not harmful to consume, some people may choose to avoid it due to changes in taste or texture.

a lot, chips are extremely high in calories(potato chip, corn chip, or flour(tortilla) chip) queso I'm not sure about, but there is so much fat in your average chip, a tortilla chip can burn for about 3 minutes if you light it with a match or lighter.
* Straw or a * scrunched-up potato sacking are good. * volcanic rock
