If you're relying on medication for a healthy heart, you're missing a large part of the picture of heart health. There is no magic pill that will give you a strong heart. The only way to maintain cardiovascular health is to eat right and exercise. Get rid of high fat, high sodium, processed food and eat fruits, veggies, grains and lean meat instead. Find an activity you enjoy, whether it's swimming, walking the dog or hiking, and get off the couch. True health is a product of diet and exercise!
