Your symptoms could go either way. Lots of people have them when they are pregnant and Lots of people l have them when they arent. take a test in a couple days I doubt it. Your side probably hurts because you are ovulating. It is very unlikely that she is ovulating 5 days before she would normally get her period. That would mean she only has a 4 day luteal phase, which is getting pretty close to menopausal. and would also be impossible to get pregnant with an LP that short. also, an LP that short is indicitive of weak ovulation, and most people dont get ovulation pains unless they have really good follicles. The pains are likely caused by trapped gas.
