Your left arm and elbow have been sore when you lay down and go to bed at night that has stopped now but one of your fingers is cold and numb and hurts if you straighten it but you have NT hurt it?

This sounds like a nerve problem. You should see a doctor in case the nerve has to be freed. The longer you leave it, the greater the chance of more serious complications.

Also, if your elbow is swollen, has a bruise, or if you can't move it all the way normally, it may be broken. The elbow is a bone that you can move a little if it is broke. You should ice it, have pain killers, etc. If this isn't enough afer 3 days or so, you should see a doctor, get xrays, etc. good luck....
