Not sure what the question is here, but this is not considered a "healthy" BP. It's not a widow maker BP either. Usually, you look for ABOUT a 40 point gap between systolic and diastolic, although what's normal for one person, may not be normal for another. Typically, if I saw this reading in the field, I would treat it as "unstable" and reassess the vital signs every 5 minutes for purposes of trending.
