No.You are not losing fat your losing muscle.Your body is burning up muscle and your not replacing it.be careful about what you eat (this doesnt mean living off salad)just eat the right stuff Like chicken, dairy products, and vegetables all in balance. Also remember that having a vegiterian choice of life is difficult so you have to be devoted to it because your body needs some of the nutrition in meat.
