Blood tests usually are more accurate than urine tests at a doctor's office, but everyone's hormonal levels change differently with pregnancy. My friend was 4 months pregnant before she found out. Multiple home tests and doctor's visits all came back negative. She is a tiny little thing and barely gained weight nor was her belly that big at full term. If your tests are coming back negative and you're still not having your period, you should go see a specialist to see if there's anything wrong with you physically.
