See a doctor. Ouch that sounds bad - go get an x ray failure to determine the problem may result in worse damag. You could also go to a Chiropractor he may be able to determine weather it is just a muscular problem (Which he can fix) it could also be a stretched tendon. GO GET A PROPER CHECK UP.
