If you fell as if you will throw up and you know it is not about to happen, you just feel nauseous, then here is what you should do: If you are shaky and feel a little hot, you should take SIPS of water, because you could be dehydrated. That has happened to me and it made big difference. You should try to use the bathroom, because you could have diarrhea. If you have them, take 1 or 2 tums. Good thing to eat and drink when you feel sick are salty crackers and Gatorade. Also, ginger drops are good for your tummy because it helps fight nausea and calm your belly. If you fell sick at school or work you should go home.

∙ 12y agoIt's different for everyone, but a lot of the time for me, my saliva feels warms, or I feel the throw up come up my throat and then go back down. but later it comes back. A lot of people start to get light headed or get headaches. There are a lot of different symptoms for a lot of differnet people.
