As for the elevation of the SGOT and SGPT, that may be caused by alcohol or certain medications, if you are on any. The cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL, and LDL are high enough to warrant beginning medications. Diet is important, but as high as the numbers are, you need to see your doctor and begin treatment.
