First, you need to ask just how that belly fat got there in the first place. Extra fat only accumulates if you are eating more calories than you are burning, simple as that. Think about your activities during your daily free time: do you play outside, run around with your friends on a playground, ride a bike? Or do you sit at home playing Video Games or surf on the computer for hours? You need to be active in your body so that it can burn up extra calories, instead of storing it up as fat.
Second, what is your diet like? Do you eat fresh fruits and vegetables with your meals? Or do you eat a lot of 'junk' food and starchy foods (white rice, potatoes, white breads, cookies) and things that have a lot of sugar in them? If you have a lot of belly fat, the answer is probably the second answers, right?
So, how do you get rid of the belly fat? Get out and do things that make your body move and sweat! Start playing sports, look into community center activities. And STOP eating junk food. It is LOADED with ingredients that are TERRIBLE for your body.
The good news is that at your age, you have a great metabolism, and your body will burn off that chub in no time once you start giving it better fuel and moving it around more. Remember, the longer you put off taking care of yourself, the harder it will be to lose the weight. You can do it!
I am 12 and I used to be fatter than all my friends so here are some tips.
I used to be the chubby girl who the other girls cheered for because she was a lap behind every one else in the mile.
at a young age of 12 you shouldn't be worrying about your weight. although if you believe you truley need to loose belly fat the best way is to speak to your doctor about a plan that is safe for you at your age. the internet is not a good place to find that info out as you may get the wrong information.
Just have a well-balanced diet with healthy stuff and don't eat to much saturate fats and too much sugar. HOWEVER having a diet on such a young age isn't probably a good idea, the body isn't fully grown yet and a diet could be quite harmful! IF you think you need a diet, go to a doctor, he'll know best. Another idea you can try is be active. You can always play outside or participate in organized leagues.

Attempting to reduce fat in just one part of your body at a time is likely to be disappointing.
Fat reduction works like this: When you try to lose fat, the reduction occurs all throughout your body. Unlike muscle-building, it cannot be specifically targeted to one region. Also, the reduction in fat will not be quickly apparent because it will not be focused on only one spot on your body. So it's helpful to have a "slowly but surely" attitude.
Note that exercises mostly serve to tone the muscle underneath the fat. But if you want to slim down, the fat has to be burned off. For that, the main thing is to ditch the junk food and the sweetened drinks. Exercise alone might not be sufficient.
Here's a program for the period in which you want to lose weight:
Plenty of moderate aerobic exercise, no sweetened liquids at all, and no junk food at all. Preferably no sugar, and as little added salt and processed foods as possible. Eat 3 small-portioned meals/day; do not skip breakfast; and avoid snacks. Limit your calories (better to consult a doctor or nutritionist concerning the amount), and weigh yourself 2-3 times/week. Ignore the sensation of hunger. If you see your weight diminishing at a safe, reasonable rate (1-2 pounds/week), keep it up.
Once you've reached your target weight, increase your calorie intake somewhat. And you can then have small amounts of sweetened foods or junk food on occasion (if at all), along with your regular foods (not instead of them). But keep checking your weight 2-3 times/week.
Avoid crash diets, diet pills etc. Avoid fatty cuts of meat. Walk as much as possible. Bicycling and swimming are good too.
More guidelines:
Don't concentrate on specific foods so much as on a balanced, healthy diet plus exercise. Plenty of moderate exercise rather than intense exercise, which can damage your joints.
Good nutrition means eating what your body needs, while ingesting as few harmful things as possible. It has also been described as getting enough of each of the major food categories (grains, fruits, vegetables, protein, dairy, etc.; plus plenty of water).
This will vary somewhat from one person to another; and I don't believe that there's any universal diet that can be prescribed for everyone. Avoid best-sellers with their perennial fad diets. And think twice before using any dietary supplements or weight-loss pills.
In general, one's starting point can be a menu of whole grains, whole-wheat bread, a good amount of vegetables, some fruits and nuts, fish, lean meats (in not-large amounts), and some dairy. However, this must be tweaked according to one's health, weight and other factors at the outset; and also adjusted over time, as one sees what works for him/her in particular.
Hi, my name is Sted! and my sister weight loss journey started when I read Emma’s story online. Emma’s husband abandoned her for a younger woman. She then turn to food for comfort and that made her gained a lot of weight, fortunately she discovered an amazing program that helped her to achieve the best shape of her life.
Then i recommended the same program that helped Emma to my sister she tried it and weight loss 80Lbs in just 2 months, though it was very difficult in start as she was struggling with weight loss.

yoga is just stretching, really. If you want to lose fat, you'll want to do cardio exercises (ANY cardio exercise)
Apart from liposuction there's no way to target where to lose fat. Ignore the commercials. If you want to get rid of belly flab you have to lose weight(and with that fat) all over.
If you really want to lose weight you really need to be focusing on LOSING WEIGHT, not on exercising. there are specific things you can do to lose belly fat and build the underlying musclemass for example that really only do that. if you start to lose to belly fat, the rest of your body will lose weight and if you get your core muscles strong you will have a much easier time with everything else. check this out: http://tinyurl.com/yhcv4d4it's the best thing I've found for losing stomach fat (which ends up making your whole body lose weight and trim up).
Belly fat can be difficult to get rid of and you cannot lose weight in just one spot without the help of a plastic surgeon. However if you do want to shrink your belly the best thing to do would be to cut calories and increase the amount of cardio exercise that you do.
Weight loss doesn't work across the board. You have to engage the area where you want to lose the weight. Focus on your core, and cut back on fat and empty calories.
people don't want to be fat they want to be sexy not fat.
No, fat do not turned into muscle. What you want to do is to lose the fat by doing cardio exercises, so that the fat doesn't cover up your muscle. Then you could do some weight resistance training to increase muscle size :)
If you eat a proper diet yes, but if you out to lose weight cardio and lifting is what you need to do, not one or the other. Also it sounds like you are trying to lose belly fat, spot training doesn't work or exist for that matter, your body will lose fat as a whole, the last place you begin to lose fat is your belly area, so doing 200 crunches or sit-ups a day will not cause you belly fat to go away (it might make it bigger, compiling fat with muscle)
