One of the biggest misconceptions in the gym is the belief that so that people their fitness goals, they need training to reach from six to seven times per week. Remember, the body needs anywhere between 48-96 hours of sports activities. Growth takes place when we rest, when we train our body. If we do not allow enough rest time, our growth will be hampered and possible training plateaus occur. Try to exercise 3 days a week, and thus at least one day between training for the real relaxation.
If someone working around 2 hours a day, 7 days a week. Running 4.0 for 8 minutes, then to 4.5 for 50, 4.0 for 15 Then he or they stretch and do 400 cycles (on the back, so), elbows to the knees, and then 350 reverse crunches (on the back, which wiifit legs up to his chest) and then 30 minutes. It all depends on your body.
What to tell your body? This is the only true judge of what is too much.
How do you feel? If you believe some of the symptoms of overtraining, then maybe it cools off a bit - but otherwise, keep it up!

There are 7 days in a week, so they both count. For many people the working week only runs from Monday to Friday, but Sunday, which is the first day of the week (see the related question below), and Saturday, which is the last day of the week, are of course part of the week too. Some people work on them too.
if you are an adult, you should exercise about 150 minutes a week, with two days muscle strengthening activities.
Too many variables to answer. Depends on where you are traveling from and to, and days of the week/ time of day.

Too much... £122,400 a week
It is a working week for everyone. It gets students used to that for later life. It is the working week for teachers too. If you made it less days a week for students, they would still have to do the same amount of days in the year, so they would have to come to school during more weeks to make up for it, and so their holidays would be shorter. For example if you had to do 100 days at 5 days a week, that is 20 different weeks to attend during, but 100 days in 4 day weeks would mean having to be there in 25 different weeks. Less days would mean taking more weeks to complete their education, so they would be older when you left school. People would prefer longer holidays and to finish all their education when they were younger. So on balance, a 5 day week has more advantages than it appears. Students need some time to relax, so while a 6 or 7 day week would shorten things even further, that would not be good, so 5 days is about right.
