No. Methadone is an opiate. Methamphetamine is an amphetamine. Totally different drug classes.
But Methadone WILL make you test positive for opiates in general (i.e. morphine, heroin, oxycontin, etc.)
Suboxone is an opiate. You will fail for opiates, not methamphetamines.
My pharmacist told me dextroamphetamines do not cause a positive result for methamphetamines as they are not the same
Anecdotally, yes, it is possible.
I know Adderall will test positive for amphetamines.
Adderol, ritalin or ecstasy.
The pseudoephedrine in Rondec may cause a false positive for amphetamines or methamphetamines.
while taking the drug suboxone,i showed positive on a drug test two times aproximately a week apart ,for methamphetamines.
Many producers of X cut it with various drugs, to enhance its effect. Anything from cocaine to meth to heroin. There's little way to be positive what you are taking without a test kit.
There have been cases of people using certain ones and the test showing a false positive.. Before any type of drug test you must tell the person administering the test what medications you are using so they can make a note of them on the release form that goes to the lab
No, these drugs are not known to cause a false positive result for methamphetamines on a urine drug test. However, it's always a good idea to inform the testing facility about any medications you are taking to rule out any potential interference.

My boyfriend took a drug test the other day and he showed positive for a bunch of drugs. The thing is that, as me an eye witness, my boyfriend has not taken any drugs besides benadryl. So, as I have stated above, what all can benadryl show up as on a drug test? I know that it can be pcp and methamphetamines; but what else can benadryl cross react as on a urine drug test?
