I can't see how... acyclovir is a modified nucleotide, benzodiazepine has a completely different chemical structure. Also, while I can find papers on false benzodiazepine positives from compounds like sertraline, none of them mention acyclovir. It would be pretty easy to tell the difference between the two in a confirmatory test, even if it did cause an initial false positive on a screening test.

The drug Acyclovir should not show up on a drug test. There have not been any reported cases where Acyclovir would cause the patient to fail a drug test.
