I think a girl might phone a boy then hang up would either

1.)to play a prank

2.) She likes you or

3.) She got dared to by a friend or someone

I would know cause i am a girl and i have done these things sometimes and us girls have reasons why we do things and these would be the top 3 reasons i cna think of
