Your mom most likely believes that you are too young. Also, she probably wants to protect you from the possible dangers in that particular business. She probably doesn't approve of the way girls are being sexualized in the media at an earlier age than ever before. Lastly, it isn't easy to tell the difference between a legitimate agency and one that targets young girls for producing pornographic material.
