Don't generalize all women with a just a select few who believe such thing you're doing the exact same thing they are by generalizing. Now to answer your question these women believe such thing with absolutely no background evidence or foundation for such accusations. Most of the time they don't believe it they're either speaking out of "spite" or are just angry cause they can't find a man that isn't there to just screw em' over. These women are mad at those men that screwed em' over not all men in general. In which case they should change the men they're dating/having relationships with because they are obviously having "0" luck . Try not to read to much into statements like this. hope this helped ;)

Why are ladies always blamed?
It comes from old gender roles. Women are historically subservient and therefore, in addition to their other duties, they take blame for men. The payoff for this can vary. Some women take blame and suffer for it. Stay away from them. If they can't articulate their mistakes or faults, they are weak in character and they're playing a game they have no intentions of loosing. They want you to take the blame and see it as cutting you down to build themselves up. They don't know the meaning of intimacy or trust. They look to accumulate power and don't care who they step on to get it.
