As a beauty therapist - Obviously you wouldn't want the client to let it get any worse than what it already may be. But also, you would want to gain their respect by advising them. They can always come back for a treatment after being referred. But always remember to never name a specific contra-indication to them as you could either get it wrong or just worry the hell out of them.!
