Water is obviously a calorie free natural resource. Soda is a carbonated beverage and can have an unbelievable amount of calories. Also it can be filled with caffeine, sugar, and sodium aswell.

∙ 10y ago. Well, not all water is healthy. For instance, if you go to a store and u buy a bottle of water remember this, the bottle u r going to buy isn't healthy water. Ya some people think that water is very healthy for you. It is but not ALL water bottles are healthy. Like Dasani is a type of water bottle that most people buy. Some people drink a bottle of Dasani every day and they are convinced that they r very healthy now. But let me tell you this, Dasani has chemicals that can cause cancer. Arrowhead, Crystal Guyser, smart water, and more of these water bottles are filled with chemicals that can harm our body. The best water you can drink is filtered water. It makes sure that all harmful chemicals are removed and there are a lot of vitamins and minerals. U r also saving money. Why buy water bottles for 5/6 $ when all it can do to u is harm u? Be careful what kind of water you drink
