The hip has larger and stronger muscles holding it in place than the shoulder, so when the hip gets hut, it tends to keep everything where it should be

A seizure is extremely taxing on the muscles as well as the brain. Your muscles spasm with incredible force and you could pull a muscle or even break an arm during a seizure. If the pain continues for more than a few days without improving, I would follow up with a physician.
