Of course it doesn't help you. The Sweetex you are referring to is a saccharin-based artificial sweetener. I can't find any ingredients listing online, you might have to check the back of a container. Sweetex contains according too the packet is Sodium Saccharin Anticakeing agents (Sillicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate). Rather then use Sweetex it would be better to use organic sugar and be carefull of the amounts used
