The nearly-invisible thin mucus inside the sinuses is dripping down and drying on the nasal walls, so you have a constant supply of hard material deposited as it dries. If you rinse your nose with a mild saline solution (sold for this purpose), it may reduce the build-up. Antihistamines that counteract nasal drip may also be effective.

A humidifier might also help, because it may slow the drying inside the nose.

Can a beat a full grown man beat a full grown male healthy wolf in a fight human has absolutely no weapons and nothing around to grab and use as a weapon?

No a wolf is far to strong the only way a human could posibly hurt a wolf is if you thack them on the nose but you would have to get past its teeth and 1,500 lbs psi bite. so again no a human wouldnt last more then five minutes against a full grown healthy male wolf.

How do you bring your full attention on the present?

One way to bring your full attention to the present moment is to practice mindfulness. This can involve focusing on your breath, engaging your senses in your surroundings, and letting go of distractions or worries about the past or future. Another helpful technique is to practice gratitude, which can shift your focus to what you have now rather than what you don't have or what may come in the future.
