Water dilutes the nitrogenous waste (toxic stuff) that out kidneys filter out of the blood stream. If the nitrogenous waste is not diluted enough, then it can bundle together causing little calcium balls known as gallstones to form in your bladder. Not only is passing these gallstones excruciatingly painful, but is is also dangerous to your health.
