The presumption in your question is that one fast food restaurant's food is healthier than the other. The fact is, neither is healthier than the other. With a few exceptions, the menus of Wendys and McDonalds is essentially the same: burgers and fries, shakes (frosties), softdrinks, a few salad choices, their own twist on chicken Sandwiches, both have breakfast burritos, both have biscuit sandwiches, hot cake sandwiches, oatmeal and a few healthier sounding offerings. But, nope, sorry, both are essentially the same.
