While runnning I feel as if I'm bleeding in the throat, so what I do to solve that is to buy one of those wrap around belts with a holder of water, and whenever you can keep your throat wet with water. Also try to breath in through your nose and out with your mouth. I know it may seem weird and hard to breath at first but it really has a good outcome if you do so.
