You will dehydrate. Symptoms are many and varied but include thirst (obviously), darkened and decreased urine, headaches, loss of blood pressure, dizziness and fainting, constipation, loss of appetite, dry skin, flushing, rapid heart rate, low endurance, fatigue and tiredness and elevated body temperature. In extreme dehydration, there may be no urine at all, sunken eyes, lethargy, seizures and, ultimately, death.

For the terminally ill who have chosen to die, terminal dehydration has been shown to be the most peaceful way to die when supplemented with the appropriate pain medication.
